Above, Bisbee, Arizona natural turquoise in both the “slabbed” and finished “cab” form.

Bisbee turquoise in it’s purist form, straight out of the ground…as natural as it gets! Most notably, the specimen has the red/brown host rock that is inherent to this variety of turquoise.

First of all, provenance of turquoise is important, and it doesn’t get much better than this! Equally important, I purchase this Bisbee Turquoise nugget directly from the grand daughter of Alfred Edwin Niemi. Consequently, Mr. Niemi is the former Supervisor of Mining operations in Bisbee, Arizona.
